this book is actually well written. It stays pretty true to history,
and goes into good detail on important points such as relations between
countries at the time, ship designs and specs of the era, and even info
on specific people. This makes it a pretty handy tool for any piratical
game, furry or not. It does introduce magic into the mix, but its not as
game breaking as with many other systems.
